Hey JBruce speaking, it is fascinating the power of the modern archive, called the Blog Spot. Last Monday from 6:30 to about 8:20 or so myself and a great group of people talked about the Law of Attraction, and The Art of Allowing. The turnout of people was divinely arranged and the perfect size to begin to test out this material.
The universal law of abundance, expansion and unconditional love has no place or concept of victims or losers or the forlorn. Here is the critical question. Are the number of poor, lost victims increasing in order to match a collective group that are ready and willing to serve them? Or, is the group ready to serve the lost and forlorn expanding as a response to the society's chaos. As I was speaking Monday evening it became very clear that the process of mass awakening of people to the idea of carrying only love and prosperity in their heart for each other and the earth, for some, is a paradigm shift similar to the concept of the Horseless Carriage (the automobile) was to the people who were using horses to draw a carriage.
The shift to the Information Automobile is the same as the shift from the horse and carriage over to the automobile. If a person were to ask a horse salesman during the turn of the 20th century if automobiles would catch on as something every American would purchase the answer would be a resounding NO!!!. The promotion of the Automobile, by someone who makes their lively hood selling horses and horse goods, was not probable at the time. This only makes perfect sense if one thinks about it.
Over the next few years people will have the opportunity to learn key mental tools that will allow them to practice response ability (responsibility) for their own return to the creative source inside them. There is no resistance to the present system, everything that happens for the Expansion of Mental Wealth is positive, creative and abundant. The focus shift is from protesting the present system to thinking creatively inside of the current system. If one looks at the downsizing of the economy presently occurring; continued protests about the economic shift does not lead to creative solutions for economic change. There are two mental states that are possible; 1) Is an unconditional focus on all that is good in our present system. With expansion of wealth for all as the only dominant thought or 2) The resistance and continued competition for what others are creating. It is not possible to feel both negative feelings about the loss of property and jobs and the good feelings of creativity and love and perfect health. Negative and positive thought patterns cannot coexist in the mind.
Those who spend time attempting to tear down or undermine the present infrastructure are not following the Divine Mandate of individual self-reflection and personal source expansion.
What will it take for the individual to turn inward for the change they seek? Well one thought is the idea that the conditioned idea of who one thinks they are, and the outdated role being played by them can begin to be observed and questioned by the individual internal self, the God Source inside.
Look again at the Information Automobile, the dissolving of ego control is required, a paradigm shift from the horse and buggy to a fast Information Automobile of mental change.
Ask the question, "what positive changes do I want to see" and then move in that direction.

Information Superhighway-Road Kill
JBruce here to talk to you some more about the power of information. The old model of raising young adults is also being reevaluated due to the Information Superhighway. The number of ways to communicate has increased tremendously. As the youth are being bombarded by millions of bits of information, each institution intent on helping the young adults is looking for the emotional stability tools needed to combat the number of distractions the kids are currently receiving from the public media.
Because of the whole concept of communication. as one of the stabilizing tools that each individual must practice, Emotional and Cultural Intelligence are now being looked at as fundamental mental tools for the youth of today. Empathy is one of the basic emotional intelligence tools a young adult can use to combat the destructive voice in the mind. When the focus is moved from the behavior of other people and reconfigured to include the voices that are speaking to the individual in question it is possible to "shift the focus" and experience what the person is doing without judgment of any kind. Even if someone attempts to see the world through the eyes of another it is important to understand that the programmed mind of the other person has a certain filter or lens through which that person sees the world. When attempting to see the world through the eyes of another, it is not possible to see clearly what the version of truth is that the other person is using to determine right from wrong.
When the person attempts to step into the shoes of another the impressions of what the other person is experiencing is limited. The process then is to just be curious about what the other person is thinking, and ask clarifying questions. The mental split occurs when the individual becomes the observer of the Ego, both the internal and the external manifestations. The internal is the self-talk that goes on in the mind that keeps the mind distracted and consuming mass quantities of goods. The external is the ego role that the person is playing to receive a conditional pattern of love. Even when someone thinks about practicing empathetic listening, the person is listening for confirmation of what the person's assessment is of the other, not necessarily the actual other person. This means that there is no real ability to truly know what is going on in the other person's mind without asking a question or two or three. This means that one of the prerequisites of dealing with young adults is to practice empathetic listening and suspend all assumptions about what the young adults are doing or what their intentions are.
Recently I had a conversation about a young adult, in his mid 20s who had pursued a specific study in an industry of choice. For example the music media industry, the young man had completed some study at a university and then was unable to connect with people in the industry. Because there are so many qualified people in different industry cultures, corporate, media, medical, law, and so on the determining factor for success is one: the deep understanding of the industry culture that is of interest, and two: the personal "relationship skills" the individual has that will allow them to find and develop a sponsorship in the industry of choice.
Here is the catch 22, because more and more young people are using text,Twitter , Facebook , MySpace and other electronic communication tools young people are moving farther away from the personal skills needed to build lasting relationships. In the case of the conversation I had with a mom who was offering contacts for her son to enter into relationships that could allow the son to penetrate the industry, the son was having problems contacting and building the necessary relationships. The focus then becomes providing some fundamental mental tools for relationship building. Where are these tools for emotional and cultural intelligence being provided, in the colleges, high schools, middle schools, anywhere?
The Expansion of Mental Wealth workshop series includes this kind of awareness training as well as critical insights into the workings of the conditioned mind that are preventing the youth of today from practicing what individuals in the" people industries" all ready know about building relationships. Many parents still offer solutions for imagined barriers the kids have without asking critical questions that would surface the real fears the kids have about entering other industry cultures, different from their own personal life culture, and their inability to build lasting relationships that would sponsor entry into these cultures and industries.
Next blog I will begin to surface the "love conditions" for external approval that many of us learned between our birth and age seven that still affect the way "each of us show up in the world". Physical, personal and financial behaviors are determined by this early conditioning. Divine Mandate-The Foundational Concepts
JBruce here, it feels like the first day of summer here in Northern California, the air has been cold. Recently over the last few weeks myself, Yolanda and Eric have been doing the foot work to prepare for this initial first launch of the Mental Expansion material. This marks a year since I left the JOB mentality, due to Divine Mandate and I have been busy completing another six months of school and another certificate. Now we are launching our first official evening at the Conscious Collective Center (CCC for short).
The Devine Mandate, of which I will refer to often during these blog sessions, arranged the site through mutual individuals. The fact that we are working on the expansion of the collective consciousness and we are being housed at the Collective Conscious Center is all Divine Mandate. Also the fact that we reserved the space we are using for July and yet the actual workshops are beginning exactly one year after I left the JOB and began the execution of what has been a 25 year process.
Okay so where to begin with this first 25 years of study and preparation for this month in my life. In 1984 I went through a paradigm shift and followed a number of instructions from the Source Energy directive. This was of course before I knew what Source Energy was, at the time I thought it was a message from GOD to perform a number of movements around the Bay Area of San Francisco. This is not the place to go into the details of this part of the journey, suffice it to say that I came away with a definite need to begin to study the human mind and find the path to dissolving the control our ego has over us. The best place to study is at school so I returned to a local college and began to study under a mentor I was directed to the Drama Department.
The first concept I discovered is called, "Foreground vs. Background". Some 25 years ago (Gestalt Therapy, Perls) and I am just now beginning to share this concept with people in a seminar/workshop environment. "Foreground vs. Background" determines what your dominant focus is from minute to minute during each day. Here is an example, if you damage your front left bumper of your car from that point forward you will be noticing other cars that have damage to their left front bumper. The damage to your car has moved the car background of other cars with similar damage into the foreground of the focus. If a person buys a new car for a period of time the person will notice other cars of the same make and model, when they are near someone who has a car like the one they just bought a certain connection may be felt.
Another great concept that I was introduced to by Source Energy is the idea of I'M OK YOU'RE OK (Harris, 1967). From this information I moved into the fundamental understanding of The House that Psyche Built. The idea here is that the mind has multiple influences that are found in the mind or Mental House. Each room has a different member of the Psyche House with a different agenda and focus. There is the computer center, or data room, here information is stored verbatim from the experiences of the mind from inception to the present moment. Here is housed the person's cultural data center, the wealth or poverty principles are also stored here.
It has been said by experts that most human beings spend their entire lives working to dissolve the mental conditioning received the first 7 years of life. The next room is the play room, where the Inner Child lives, the one being held hostage by the monster that lives in the front of the house, who guards the door to creativity. The room where the Child lives is the portal to Source Energy. The feelings that are locked up in the Inner Child are the formula to reaching Universal Source Energy. The more the feelings of the Child are controlled and blocked off the bigger the challenge it is to reconnect to source. Now where does the self-destructive voice come from that speaks in the mind of the individual.
There are so many theories of the Ego, the Superego and the Id, that one could spend a lifetime looking for a clear pathway to removing the influence of the this voice. The Ego has designed the maze of different concepts so that a person will not be able to navigate this process. We will discuss the latest mental tools used to make this transition later. Let's return to The House that Psyche Built. Ok so there is the destructive one that is staked out in the living room of the house that is watching for any information to come in that will dissolve its influence over the person's life. There is a mediator available depending on the level of control of the monster in the living room. The mediator can be called the Grownup.
If the person has a balanced Grownup then this is the one who will seek out personal development information and tools to begin to dissolve the influence the monster has over the Inner Child. If you picture a long corridor from the front door of the Psyche House to the living room, and from there the room of the data center can be reached, often called the parent's voice in your head, "do this, don't do that". All information that the supposed Grownup seeks out to dissolve control of the monster over the Inner Child must travel first down the long corridor and be met with opposition from the monster. You see the information that is being provided to dissolve the influence of the monster is the very information that the monster has access to first.
This is often known as the mental lens that filters out helpful information that would return control back to the Inner Child. What this means is that as the individual begins the journey to resurrect control of the mind and ultimately return to Universal Source Energy the mental tools must be found that will allow the practice of laying layers of deep psyche understanding on top of the years of destructive conditioning while not alerting the monster in the living room that this is what is happening. This creature is not going to give up control without a fight. Here in lies the dilemma if the individual resists or attempts to overcome this conditioned egoistic concept of who they think they are then the monster in the living room increases in power. If a person resists or fights or struggles with the voice that wants to destroy them it is the same as recognizing the existence of the voice as real. If the controlling force was not real what would the person have to resist.
Be clear about one thing I am acting as a Knowledge Broker, an Information Guru to quote an Internet giant on the Information Superhighway. The focus is not on me or the body of knowledge that I have been led to acquire for the individual seeking a way out of the mind chaos present today. It is 100% about the individual's return to Universal Source Energy, I am but one piece of the puzzle that is being put together all over the globe as I write. If you have taken this much time to read up to this point then you too are moving into the Divine Mandate. There is only you and Divine Source, no one else, feel your way to the truth beyond the conditioned idea of who you think you are.
